Lobster Meat (Claw & Knuckle) Cooking Guide
Note: Each package contains 2lbs of Lobster Meat. A sizable serving size is 4 oz.
Thawing Instructions:
- For optimal texture and flavor, we recommend a slow thawing process. Place the Lobster meat in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Once thawed, drain any liquid from the package.

Keep the thawed Lobster meat under refrigeration (at 40°F) and consume within 2-3 days.
Cooking Methods:
Warm Serving:
Preparing the Butter:
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, remove the pan from the heat.
Cooking the Lobster:
- Add 1lb of thawed Lobster Meat, ensuring it's evenly spaced and submerged in the butter.
- Serve the lobster directly from the pan or transfer to a serving dish.
Serving Suggestions:
- Accompany with your choice of seasoning or unsalted drawn butter for dipping. Chopped chives or a sprinkle of parsley can enhance the flavor.
Note: Double the amount of butter if cooking additional lobster meat.
Cold Serving (Cocktail Style):
Preparation:
- Lightly pat thawed lobster meat dry with a paper towel after draining excess liquid.
Presentation:
- Arrange the thawed lobster meat on a cocktail platter.
- Optionally, place over ice to keep it chilled.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with cocktail sauce or unsalted drawn butter. Adding chopped chives or a squeeze of lemon can elevate the taste.
Lobster Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb thawed Lobster Meat
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens or lettuce (optional)
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, and lemon juice.
