For assistance with any physical issues regarding your order at the time of your delivery, please file a claim. Claims are intended exclusively for issues with your order upon delivery, such as damage or other immediate concerns.

To process your claim, we require clear photos showing the product and packaging, in one photo. Claims that are missing photo documentation or submitted outside the 8-hour window cannot be processed, and we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements. Claims are responded to in the order they are received. False or suspected fraudulent claims are not honored.

Our team reviews emails each day before shipping to ensure that any orders needing updates are adjusted prior to dispatch. Please note, customer service inquiries are addressed Monday through Friday in the order they are received.
