How Subscriptions Work

1. Choose your product
Select the seafood product you’d like to receive on a recurring basis via Subscriptions.


2. Select “Subscribe & Save”

On the product page, make sure the “Subscribe & Save” option is selected under the product price.


3. Pick your delivery frequency

Choose how often you’d like your order delivered — every 30, 60, or 90 days.

4. Customize your box
Select your preferred box size and add any butter or seasoning options (if available).


5. Add to cart

Click Add to Cart.


6. Complete checkout

Follow the prompts to complete checkout — and you’re all set!

Your subscription will renew automatically based on your chosen schedule.

Subscription Policy

Account Access

  • You can manage your subscription at any time using the link in your confirmation email or by logging in via the Account Login Page.

Renewals & Reminders

  • You’ll receive an email reminder three days before your next recurring order. This is your window to skip, pause, or cancel if you don’t want the upcoming shipment.

Free Cancellation Window (First 3 Hours)   

  • Because seafood is highly perishable, orders can be canceled within 3 hours of being placed or renewed — at no cost.

After 3 Hours

  • Once this window closes, our team begins allocating inventory, reserving product, and scheduling shipments. At this stage, your seafood order is committed and cannot be canceled or refunded, even if it ships later. Refunds will not be issued for orders canceled outside of the free cancellation window.

Processed or Renewed Orders

  • Canceling your subscription through your account does not cancel an order that has already been processed or renewed. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure any changes are made within your subscription account by logging in and making these changes before your renewal is processed.

Audit Log & Records

  • All subscription activity — including actions, cancellations, and timestamps — is automatically recorded in the subscription Audit Log.  This log serves as a verifiable record for both the customer and PrimeFish.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor upcoming and recurring orders.  PrimeFish is not responsible for missed reminders or failure to cancel within the allowed timeframe.
