Tuscan Cream Ōra King Salmon

This delicious and flavorful salmon dish is the perfect way to enjoy the rich and buttery taste of Ora King salmon. Featuring a creamy Tuscan sauce, tender spinach, sweet cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, this dish is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • 3 portions of 8.5 oz Ora King salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  2. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, to taste. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then gently place them into the sauce, skin-side down. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  4. Stir in the baby spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until the spinach is wilted and the cherry tomatoes are heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve the salmon fillets on plates and spoon the Tuscan cream sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

This delicious salmon dish is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner at home. The rich and creamy Tuscan sauce pairs perfectly with the juicy, buttery Ora King salmon, while the tender spinach and sweet cherry tomatoes provide the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Don't forget the fresh basil garnish for an extra pop of flavor with each bite!
