CRAB GRILLED CHEESE
INGREDIENTS

1 pack (8 oz) LUXPACK™ Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat — thawed*

4 slices sourdough or brioche bread

3 Tbsp Prime Blend Butter or butter of your choice

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mix)

1 Tbsp mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a large plate or tray with paper towels. Remove the frozen snow crab leg meat from the packaging. Place on paper towels and refrigerate for 6–8 hours (or until fully thawed). Never thaw at room temperature.
Spread mayonnaise on the outside of each bread slice. Layer cheese and thawed LUXPACK™ Snow Crab meat between slices. Melt Prime Blend Butter or butter of your choice in a skillet over medium heat and grill until bread is golden and cheese melts.
