CRAB BRUSCHETTA
INGREDIENTS

1 pack (8 oz) LUXPACK™ Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat — thawed*

1 baguette, sliced and toasted

2 cups diced tomato

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

2 Tbsp chopped basil

Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a large plate or tray with paper towels. Remove the frozen snow crab leg meat from the packaging. Place the crab meat on top of the paper towels, spacing the pieces evenly. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours (or until fully thawed). Never thaw crab meat at room temperature.
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Spoon onto toasted baguette slices. Top each with a portion of thawed LUXPACK™ Snow Crab meat. Serve immediately
