CRAB DEVILED EGGS
INGREDIENTS

6 large eggs

1 pack (8 oz) LUXPACK™ Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat — thawed*

3 Tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
½ tsp lemon juice
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a large plate or tray with paper towels. Remove the frozen snow crab leg meat from the packaging. Place on paper towels and refrigerate for 6–8 hours (or until fully thawed). Never thaw at room temperature.
Hard-boil eggs, cool, and peel. Halve them and remove yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pipe or spoon filling into egg whites. Top each egg with a small piece of thawed LUXPACK™ Snow Crab meat and a sprinkle of paprika.
