Ingredients:
- 1 lb easy peel Mexican blue shrimp, peeled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Corn tortillas
For the Tortillas:
- 2 cups of masa harina
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
