Cooking Guide: Stuffed Lobster Tail
Oven-Baked Stuffed Lobster Tail (From Frozen)
Ingredients (for brushing/serving):
-
1 frozen stuffed lobster tail
-
1–2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
-
Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Prepare the lobster:
-
Take the stuffed lobster tail straight from the freezer.
-
Place it on a foil-lined baking sheet or shallow oven-safe dish.
-
If desired, brush the top lightly with melted butter or oil to keep it moist while baking.
-
-
Bake:
-
Place in the oven (middle rack) and bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
-
No need to flip or cover — the stuffing should crisp slightly on top.
-
-
Check doneness:
-
The lobster meat should be firm, white, and opaque.
-
Internal temperature should reach 140–145°F (60–63°C) in both the lobster and stuffing.
-
-
Finish & serve:
-
Remove from oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
-
Serve with lemon wedges and extra melted butter on the side.
-
