Oven-Baked Stuffed Chilean Sea Bass (From Frozen)
Ingredients (for brushing/serving):

1 frozen stuffed Chilean sea bass portion

1–2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)

Lemon wedges (optional)

Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives) for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the fish:

Remove the stuffed sea bass from packaging.

Place it on a foil-lined baking sheet or shallow baking dish.

Brush the top lightly with melted butter or oil to prevent drying.

Bake:

Place in the oven (middle rack), uncovered, and bake for 35 minutes.

The stuffing should heat through while the fish turns opaque and flaky.

Check doneness:

The fish should flake easily with a fork.

Internal temperature of both the fish and stuffing should reach 145°F (63°C).

Let rest for 2–3 minutes after baking.
