SERVING & COOKING
Serving size (simple guide):
Main: 8oz per person (½ pack)
Appetizer: 4oz per person (¼ pack)
Each pack is 16oz, fully cooked and ready to eat.
Warm (best method):
Melt butter over low-to-medium heat. Remove from heat, then add thawed lobster and gently spoon butter over top.
Do not overcook — it’s already fully cooked.
Cold:
Thaw, drain if needed, and serve (rolls, salads, seafood towers, dips).
Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.
After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 2–3 days.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
