Cooking Instructions:
This product contains raw Maine Lobster Claw & Knuckle Meat and must be fully cooked before eating. Thaw safely in the refrigerator or under cold running water before cooking. Refer to the date on the package for freshness.
Thawing:
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or submerge the sealed package in cold water until fully thawed. Pat dry before cooking.
Cooking (Must Be Fully Cooked):
Cook gently until the meat turns opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140–145°F (60–63°C).
Recommended methods include:
- Butter-Poaching: Melt butter over low heat and poach until just opaque.
- Grilling/Broiling: Brush with butter or oil; cook 1–2 minutes per side depending on piece size.
- Searing: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium; sear until firm and opaque.
- Sous-Vide: Cook at 140°F, then finish with a quick sear or butter baste.
Avoid overcooking to preserve the sweet flavor and delicate tenderness.
Storage:
Keep raw, thawed lobster meat refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) and cook within 1 day.
Do not refreeze after thawing.

Orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx using Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or Ground/Home Delivery services, depending on destination.
