Serving Suggestion:

Main Course: Approx. 8 oz (227g) per serving.

Cooking Instructions:

Each LUXPACK™ contains 8oz of Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat. You can prepare it immediately or store it frozen for later use. Refer to the expiration date on the package for freshness.

Warm Preparation: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Optionally, stir in your preferred seasoning until blended. Remove the pan from heat and add thawed crab meat. Spoon the warm butter over the crab to coat evenly. Do not overcook — the crab is already fully cooked.

Storage: Keep thawed or cooked crab meat refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) and consume within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice and gel packs. Shipping rates reflect the perishable nature of our products and the care required in handling them. Orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx using Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or Ground/Home Delivery services, depending on destination. Deliveries are made Tuesday–Sunday, depending on the destination.

Shipping Schedule

Due to high demand, orders ship within 14 days of purchase. Orders are dispatched Monday–Wednesday only, to prevent weekend delays. Transit time is 1–2 business days, depending on your shipping zone.

For time-sensitive delivery requests, reply to your order confirmation immediately after placing your order and include your order number beginning with P1.

All changes must be requested before shipping. Once packed or shipped, no changes, additions, or substitutions can be made.

Order Cancellation

Because seafood is a highly perishable product, all orders are considered final after 3 hours of being placed.

Free Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within the first 3 hours at no cost.
After 3 Hours: Our team begins allocating inventory, reserving product, and scheduling shipments. At this stage, your seafood order is committed and cannot be resold or redirected. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once this process begins, even if shipment does not occur until a later date.

Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
