CRAB FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS

1 pack (8 oz) LUXPACK™ Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat — thawed*

2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 egg

1 green onion, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a large plate or tray with paper towels. Remove crab, place evenly, and refrigerate 6–8 hours or until thawed. Never thaw at room temperature.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, scramble egg, then add rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until hot. Fold in thawed LUXPACK™ Snow Crab and green onions.
