Thawing Instructions
For the best results, we highly recommend slowly thawing Maine Lobster Tails in the refrigerator. Simply place the frozen tails in their original packaging or an airtight container in the refrigerator. Allow them to thaw for up to 24 hours.
Once thawed, Lobster Tails under refrigeration (40°F) should be consumed within 2-3 days.
Broiled

Boiled
Experience lobster in its purest form with a timeless boiling method. Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil. Submerge the lobster tails in the water and let them simmer for a modest 5-8 minutes, all while keeping an attentive eye on their internal temperature, which should reach a delightful 135-140ºF.
