Our King Scallops are raw and expertly handled to ensure excellent searing performance and restaurant-quality results at home. Cooking Instructions:
King scallops are shipped raw and frozen to preserve quality. Thaw under refrigeration prior to cooking. Refer to the expiration date on the package for freshness.
Pan-Seared Preparation: Pat scallops completely dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms and the center is just cooked through. Avoid overcrowding the pan and do not overcook.
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) and consume within 24–48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Premium Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice and gel packs. Shipping rates reflect the perishable nature of our products and the care required in handling them. Orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx using Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or Ground/Home Delivery services, depending on destination. Deliveries are made Tuesday–Sunday, depending on the destination.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Transit time is 1–2 business days from the day the order ships, depending on your shipping zone.
Order cutoff: All orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) EST will ship the following week.
For time-sensitive delivery requests, reply to your order confirmation immediately after placing your order and include your order number beginning with P1.

King scallops are a natural product and may vary slightly in size and appearance. Occasional natural membranes or moisture loss during thawing is normal. Due to natural variability in seafood, refunds based on personal taste preferences are not offered.

Order Accuracy & Changes
All change requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, been packed, or shipped, no changes, additions, or substitutions can be made.
Final Sale / No Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of seafood and the time-sensitive handling required for fulfillment, all sales are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason, including (but not limited to) changed mind, ordering by mistake, scheduling conflicts, or delivery preference changes.
While cancellations are not permitted, PrimeFish may be able to accommodate certain order changes if operationally feasible. All requests are subject to fulfillment status, inventory availability, carrier timelines, and shipping cutoffs. PrimeFish reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its discretion.
