Serving size (simple guide):
Main: 6–8oz per person
Appetizer / seafood tower: 3–4oz per person

Each pack is 16oz (1 lb), fully cooked and ready to eat.

Chilled (most popular):
Thaw in the refrigerator, drain if needed, and serve cold with cocktail sauce, lemon, or drawn butter.

Warm (gentle method):
Warm butter over low heat. Remove from heat, then add thawed claws and gently spoon butter over top for 1–2 minutes.
Do not overcook — they’re already fully cooked.

Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.

After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 2–3 days.
Do not refreeze after thawing.

Orders ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice and gel packs.
