Cooking methods:
Atlantic salmon is versatile and forgiving. Ideal for pan-searing, baking, grilling, or roasting.
Pan-sear (recommended):
Season lightly with salt and pepper. Heat oil or butter over medium heat and cook skin-side down first for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook until just opaque. Do not overcook.
Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.
After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
