Raw product:
These scallops arrive raw and must be fully cooked before consuming.
Thaw:
For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pat completely dry before cooking to achieve a proper sear.
Pan-sear (best method):
Heat oil or butter over medium-high heat. Season scallops lightly and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
Do not overcook — scallops should be just opaque in the center.
Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.
After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
