CRAB SLIDERS
INGREDIENTS

1 pack (8 oz) LUXPACK™ Snow Crab (Claw Arm) Leg Meat — thawed*

6 small brioche slider buns

2 Tbsp Prime Blend Butter or butter of your choice

2 Tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp chopped dill or parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: arugula or lettuce for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a large plate or tray with paper towels. Remove the frozen snow crab leg meat from the packaging. Place the crab meat on top of the paper towels, spacing the pieces evenly. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours (or until fully thawed). Never thaw crab meat at room temperature.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill or parsley, salt, and pepper. Fold in thawed LUXPACK™ Snow Crab meat gently. Split slider buns and toast lightly. Brush cut sides with melted Prime Blend Butter or butter of your choice. Fill each bun with the crab mixture and add a small piece of arugula or lettuce if desired.
