Triple Washed and Frozen at Sea

Once the scallops are brought on board they’re immediately shucked by hand. The meat is removed and triple washed in cold, clear atlantic seawater. They’re then flash frozen right on board within hours of catch. This locks in every last bit of nutrients, and doesn't compromise any taste or texture.

All orders ship frozen in an insulated box with dry ice and gel packs. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the extra care required to ship them, we do have premium shipping rates.

These are scallops in their purest form and are what is known as"dry"scallops, meaning they have no chemicals or additives of any kind. Most scallops are brought to shore and packed with additives and chemicals to add weight and shelf life. This comprises taste, texture, cooking ability and your health.
