PrimeFish Seafood Boil

Ingredients:

1 lb. seafood mix
Maine lobster tail
Mexican Blue Shrimp (tail-on peeled & deveined)
Canadian Snow Crab claws (fresh-frozen cooked)
*Seafood Boil Spice Mix
1 ear corn on the cob 
(Boil for 5-min.)
1-2  potatoes 
(Boil for 10-mins-2/3 cooked with Magic blend/other seafood boil blend, peeled & cut, let cool & set aside)
Dinner rolls, brush with *
(Lightly toasted or baked) 

*Seafood Boil Spice Mix

Ingredients:
3 tsp Blackened Redfish Magic blend
(Sub with Old Bay)
2 tsp Maine(ly) Maple seasoning
(Sub with any Cajun seasoning of your choice)
2tsp chili powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
3 sticks salted butter
2 whole garlic, peeled & minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
Steps: 
1. In a bowl, melt butter & mix in *. Set aside. 
2. Thaw, clean & pat-dry seafood.
👉 Slit the bottom of the lobster tail & spoon some * mix inside the meat. 
👉 In two separate bowls, sason shrimp & cooked  crab claws with *  & set aside. 
3. In a large baking tray,  mix enough * with the semi cooked potatoes, stick it in oven & bake for another 10-15 mins. at 400°F/untill all cooked. 
4. On a the stove-top, heat pan, cook seasoned lobster for 5-mins. at medium heat, add in the seasoned shrimp, crab claws & pour the remaining seasoning garlic butter mix into the pan. 
5. Cover pan & cook for about 5-min. Salt & pepper as needed. 
6. Remove from pan into the baked potato tray. Ready to serve.
